Did not know what to call these! My mother found some at the huge Antique Show in Roundtop, Texas, years ago. She bought al the lady had. When she got home she realized she could easily make them herself, so proceeded to make at least these 23 pair. She had collected beads for over 70 years so had no problem having beads to use. She ended up making them in pairs. She was a seamstress and always altered her clothes to fit her the way she liked. As she got older and arthritis started crippling her fingers so could no longer do this. Soooo, she made these pins - to match every outfit, of course. She used them to keep her shirt sleeves from hanging onto the top of her arm. She always got so many compliment on them and even several orders. Also if her tops were longer than she liked she would use these on the bottom. These are looking for a new home.
