This is a very nice and a little unusual pin/brooch. The pin used is the style of a kilt pin. It goes on sideways as shown on the card it is attached to. In the center is a full color medal of Mary, Queen of the Miraculous Medal. On either side is a small aqua colored faceted stone dangling. got a few of these that were together in a ziplock bag at a home estate sale. This was the sale where much of jewelry looked like it had come out of a commercial shop. The box had a top to it so these were protected from getting dirty. It is Berkander Brand if that means anything to you. It is very lightweight.
